HANDLING OF GOODS WHEN SENDING IT BACKYou are only liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary in order to identify the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is proven beyond what is described above, we will consider it as used, which means that you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must, therefore, do the same, as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it into actual use. When using care products, fragrances and/or cosmetics, the original packaging represents a substantial part of the product value. Therefore we ask you to always send that with the return.
REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the product/s. If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you paid refunded. In the event of an impairment that you are liable for, we will deduct that amount from the purchase price. You need to send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your decision to not accept the order.
If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except extra costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we have received notification about your decision to cancel the purchase according to the agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product in return or until we have been provided with proof of the return. If you regret your purchase, the return parcel must be sent to:
BILABLAU SUBSCRIPTION/MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS BILABLAU
Bilablau is a membership club that provides members great discounts on known brands including cosmetics, perfumes, watches, sunglasses sports nutrition and much more. Your membership with Bilablau is a continuous subscription, where the first 14 days are free. All payments with Bilablau are done by credit card (VISA & Mastercard). All payment fees incurred by Bilablau are included in the shown product prices and prices of membership. You have access to your previous payments and orders when you log into "My Account" on Bilablau. Only individuals who are 18 years old can join.
ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSCRIPTION CONDITION
By accepting the membership terms on Bilablau, you agree that Bilablau will debit the subscription amount periodically until you decide to cancel your subscription. The first 14 days of the membership are free and will be taken over by a continuous monthly subscription at a price of €12 per month. You can cancel your membership whenever you like. You will receive a receipt by e-mail after your first purchase, containing information about your subscription. Subsequent receipts can be found when you are logged into Bilablau, under "My Account".
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND PERIODYou can cancel your membership whenever you wish. The only exception is when you are using your membership. This period refers to the time between placing an order and receiving it.
To cancel your membership, log in to "My Account". If you cancel your membership, you will still have access to it for the rest of the month. After a membership has been terminated it will be dormant until you choose to reactivate your account by placing a new order. If your debit card is about to expire or has expired, you can enter the information for your new debit card under "My Account" when you are logged into Bilablau.
Your enrolment in Bilablau is binding from the moment you book your first order, thereby starting your membership. You are a member of Bilablau and the cardholder is required to pay the full amount for the entire membership period and subsequently subscription withdrawals until you cancel your subscription /membership. The first 14 days of the membership are free.
PROCEDURE FOR SUBSCRIPTION
Your membership of Bilablau will automatically renew, so you always have access. After the first 14 days of free membership, your subscription will be charged with a fixed monthly subscription fee of €12 per month.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your subscription with Bilablau has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days. In practice, this means that your cooling-off period expires 14 days after the agreement concludes. Your subscription starts when completing an order on Bilablau. Your cancellation is only valid from the day the agreement started and not at the current subscription payment. You must, within 14 days of the agreement give us notice that you want to cancel your subscription. The notification shall be given via the "My account" menu. You can also do it via email or telephone. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right to withdraw your membership/subscription. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form, which you will find enclosed in your order confirmation in the trade and membership conditions.
REFUND OF SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTSMembership fees paid before the cancellation are not subject to a refund. If you have canceled your membership and place another order in the future we will charge the monthly membership simultaneously with the order total.
Bilablau provides the option of cancellation within 30 days (the statutory withdrawal is 14 days). The deadline applies from the day you receive your product/s. To cancel and return one or more products, you need to inform us about your decision in a mail send to email@example.com within the deadline of 30 days. You cannot cancel by simply rejecting the goods without giving us clear communication on this.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. The costs of returning goods will be met by you as a customer. When returning the product you are responsible that goods are packed in a way so they will not get damaged. You wear the risk as the sender till we receive the goods.
WHAT TO SEND BACK?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
Bilablau provides you with the statutory warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or get a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviors. Note that for products with a limited lifetime the warranty is also limited.
HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I LET YOU KNOW ABOUT A DEFECT?
If you notice an error or defect in a product purchased on Bilablau, you should as soon as possible or within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect, contact us at Bilablau. In any case, the error or defect has to be reported within the deadline of 14 days. The deadline starts from the day you have received the product.

Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD or similar. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging and get a receipt for shipment, so we can repay your shipping costs.

CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS
When you join at Bilablau please confirm that you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18 your enrolment and subscription must be authorized by a parent/guardian. An agreement can always be terminated by a parent if it is concluded by a child or a person under 18 years.
