You can also contact us by mail: hello@bilablau.com. We will answer You within 24 hours every day.

There is always someone in the office And our office hours are: 9:00 to 15:00. If you have sent a product for cancellation or complaint, you will always get a confirmation mail when we receive the product.  In the e-mail you get information about the further process of dealing with your cancellation /complaint.

REACTIVATION OF YOU SUBSCRIPTION

If you wish to purchase a product after having cancelled your subscription this is of course an option, however if you have not paid any membership fees for the given period, you will be billed the membership fee at the first given friday after your new order. Your membership will automatically be renewed and you will gain access to all of our more than 30.000 luxury items at cost price.
